Through yoga nidra, lunar cycles, and body astrology, I created Universal Movement—a method that helps women reconnect with their bodies, energy, and natural rhythms so they can thrive, not just survive.

Susanna is a Swedish Pilates instructor, Yin yoga teacher, and creative artist with nearly two decades of experience. Trained under renowned teacher Yvonne Lin, she has taught across multiple studios and is now part of the UM team. Her approach blends strength, softness, and creativity, with Pilates & Yin as tools for longevity, self-love, and deep body awareness.
Andrea
Andrea is an intuitive healer, womb awakening guide, and feminine embodiment coach with over 25 years of experience in women’s health and fertility. As the creator of Root Medicine, she supports women in reconnecting with their body and womb wisdom to unlock their inner truth, creativity, and soul purpose.
Cate
Cate is a High Priestess, Spiritual Coach, Feminine Alchemist, and Intuitive Tarot reader devoted to helping women reconnect with their soul and embody their divinity. Rainbow
Rainbow Goddess is a shamanic therapist, psycho-spiritual counsellor, and researcher in spiritual motherhood. With an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology, her work explores matrescence through both academic and embodied lenses. She supports mothers through restorative yoga, retreats, and her podcast Motherhood Rawful But True.
