Around 2017, after a change of life circumstance and the birth of my daughter, who struggled with sleep for several years, I found myself in deep emotional burnout. Exhausted day in day out, I was desperate for a solution that could help me regain my energy. That’s how I discovered cyclical living & Yoga Nidra and began exploring body astrology and the cycles of the sun and moon to support my well-being.
Yoga Nidra saved me from complete exhaustion and slowly helped me rebuild my energy. Over time, I was able to heal my burnout and find balance in my life again. The experience was so transformative that I knew I had to share it with others.
