Around 2017, after a change of life circumstance and the birth of my daughter, who struggled with sleep for several years, I found myself in deep emotional burnout. Exhausted day in day out, I was desperate for a solution that could help me regain my energy. That’s how I discovered cyclical living & yoga nidra and began exploring body astrology and the cycles of the sun and moon to support my wellbeing.

Yoga nidra saved me from complete exhaustion and slowly helped me rebuild my energy. Over time, I was able to heal my burnout and find balance in my life again. The experience was so transformative that I knew I had to share it with others.
